As a Call Relation Executive, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, managing customer databases, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing accurate information about our services.
- Update and maintain client databases and CRM systems efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
- Analyze client feedback and propose improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to business growth by supporting sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Call Relation Executive or in a similar customer-focused role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory)
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
