- Oversee camp administration, housekeeping, and catering services
- Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are maintained
- Manage kitchen & housekeeping staff schedules and performance
- Control inventory, food supplies, and camp resources
- Coordinate with management on staff requirements and camp needs
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in camp management (Construction industry preferred)
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills
3. Knowledge of hygiene & safety compliance standards
4. Ability to handle multicultural teams
