Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and cleaners.
- Conduct regular inspections of all properties to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Perform or coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and general upkeep (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc.).
- Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure minimal downtime for any repair work.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, Tenants and management.
- Keep records of maintenance tasks, costs, and supplies used.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide reports and updates to management on maintenance status.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
- Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documents.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Salary: Based upon experience

Pay: AED1.00 - AED1.10 per month

- maintenance foreman: 3 years (Required)
