Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales / Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, engaging with prospects over calls or online platforms, pitching services, and converting them into successful business opportunities. Ideal for individuals who have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client needs and present company services/products effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales pipeline in CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to align sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong customer focus with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
