We are looking for a skilled Carpentry Workshop Supervisor to join our team at a company specializing in woodwork and interior decoration. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of carpentry operations and the ability to lead a team and manage workshop activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily carpentry and decoration work in the workshop.
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance to ensure quality execution.
- Communicate with clients and translate their needs into actionable tasks.
- Estimate material quantities and calculate project costs.
- Oversee project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare regular reports for management on project updates and any issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in carpentry and interior decoration work.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand client requirements.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and pricing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with speed and accuracy.
