We are hiring a skilled Car Workshop Manager to oversee our mechanical service operations, manage daily workflow, and deliver high-performance standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing an automotive workshop
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with both luxury and economy vehicles
- Capable of managing KPIs, labor efficiency, parts usage, and customer satisfaction
- Familiar with DMS/workshop software systems
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus
