Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Manager to join our dynamic immigration consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of immigration processes (especially for Canada, Australia, USA,UK, and Europe), and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the immigration process.
- Understand client profiles, advise on suitable immigration pathways, and guide them through documentation and application stages.
- Ensure timely communication and updates to clients regarding case progress, requirements, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal case managers, legal teams, and external partners (government and embassy contacts) to ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and follow-up notes.
- Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively work on service improvements.
- Provide regular reports to management on client feedback, service KPIs, and areas for improvement.
- Support marketing and sales teams by attending client consultations and helping convert leads to successful clients.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in client service or customer-facing roles, preferably in the immigration or consultancy sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Knowledge of immigration policies and visa processes for major destinations like Canada, Australia, UK, etc. is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
