Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Embroidery In-Charge to lead our embroidery team in the production of high-quality Abayas. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of manual and machine embroidery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a small production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily embroidery operations for Abaya production
- Ensure quality control and consistency in design execution
- Coordinate with the design and tailoring teams for order specifications
- Operate and manage embroidery machines as required
- Train and guide embroidery staff to maintain production standards
- Manage timelines to meet delivery schedules
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Abaya embroidery (hand and machine)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Attention to detail and high-quality finishing standards
- Must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
