Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations, maintaining compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting our business objectives in the fast-paced FMCG distribution sector. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial management and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with company goals.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE tax regulations, including VAT and corporate tax requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial processes, mitigate risks, and enhance controls.
- Monitor and optimize costs, with a focus on inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and collaborate with other departments.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely transaction processing.
- Deliver regular financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of evolving financial regulations and industry trends in the FMCG sector.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from a recognized body (e.g., ICAI, ACCA, CPA).
- Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in FMCG, distribution, or a related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE financial laws and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Salary and Benefits
