Job Description:
To lead the van sales operations for seafood distribution, ensuring optimal route execution, target achievement, team supervision, and customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity and cold chain compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily van sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead and supervise the van sales team, ensuring productivity, discipline, and punctuality.
- Plan and monitor van routes to ensure timely and efficient seafood product deliveries.
- Ensure correct loading, temperature control, and hygiene standards are maintained for all vans.
- Monitor van inventory to minimize returns, wastage, and stockouts.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and promptly resolve complaints or service issues.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in retail, wholesale, and HORECA sectors.
- Introduce new products based on market studies and customer demand trends.
- Ensure proper invoicing, daily cash/credit collection, and settlement processes are followed.
- Analyze and report on daily/weekly/monthly van sales performance and market trends.
- Provide product and market feedback to improve offerings and competitiveness.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for seamless stock dispatch and replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in van sales, ideally within the poultry/seafood -FMCG sector.
- Experience managing a van sales team and logistics operations.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
