Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and target new export markets
- Maintain key customer and generate Sales
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains in international markets.
- Conduct market research to analyze demand, competition, and pricing trends.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with overseas clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and logistics issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in key export regions.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 3-5 years in export sales, preferably in FMCG, food, or consumer goods.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (fluency in English; additional languages a plus).
- Knowledge of export-import procedures, documentation, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Analytical mindset with ability to work under pressure.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
