Chef (North-Indian Cuisine)
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our team in Dubai. We are seeking a professional with a deep understanding of the flavours, techniques, and traditions of this culinary region.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of North Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, breads, and desserts.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong focus on North-Indian cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of North-Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- A passion for creating exceptional food and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
