Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Diversified Holding Company

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead the financial strategy of our diversified holding company. Our portfolio includes food trading and industry, real estate, shipping, and other ventures, requiring a finance leader with strong multi-sector expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement group-wide financial strategy, reporting, and performance management.
- Structure financing solutions including loans, mortgages, and credit facilities to support growth.
- Manage investment instruments such as equities, bonds, and other financial products to optimize returns.
- Conduct and review business plans, feasibility studies, and financial models for new projects and subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, IFRS, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Provide strategic insights and risk assessments to support Board-level decision-making.
- Lead finance teams across the group and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial executive in a holding company or diversified business.
- Strong exposure to food industry, real estate, and shipping sectors is highly desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of financial instruments (stocks, bonds, mortgages, corporate finance, risk management).
- Expertise in financial analysis, capital structuring, and project financing.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, ACA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-sector financial management skills.
