Job Description
- Preparation of manuals, protocols and written processes
- Oversee compliance with the institutional mission, vision, and values in the daily operations of each office.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the infrastructure, services, and facilities in all branches nationwide.
- Maintain direct contact with partners to ensure a satisfactory experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct periodic field visits , responding to operational requirements and critical situations at headquarters.
- Facilitate effective communication between General Management and local supervisory teams , ensuring the proper flow of information.
- Diagnose and improve the performance of mid-level and operational teams , promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor operational and commercial key performance indicators (KPIs): conversion rates, renewal, service usage , among others.
Job Requirements
- Full availability for field work , with high mobility.
- Proven experience in management or operational leadership positions .
- Solid knowledge in commercial management and KPI analysis .
- Management of information technologies and management control systems.
- Self-mobilization and availability to travel to regions.
