Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance:Assisting customers with parts inquiries, recommending appropriate parts and accessories, and providing accurate information.
- Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock to meet demand, and managing storage and distribution of parts.
- Sales:Maximizing sales opportunities through up-selling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
- Order Processing:Providing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Communication:Liaising with service technicians, suppliers, and other departments to facilitate parts procurement and delivery.
- Problem-Solving:Identifying and sourcing hard-to-find parts, and addressing customer issues effectively.
Skills Required:
- Customer Service:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for interacting with customers and addressing their needs.
- Sales:Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, including up-selling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
- Inventory Management:Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently.
- Technical Knowledge:Basic understanding of automotive parts and systems, including the ability to identify and locate parts from catalogs.
- Computer Skills:Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing, inventory management, and communication.
