Job Title: Civil QA/QC Inspector

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Civil QA/QC Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Review method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and material submittals for approval.
- Conduct site inspections, surveillance, and testing for concrete, steel, and finishing works.
- Monitor contractor’s quality control activities and verify corrective actions when required.
- Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and maintain quality documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Ensure all construction materials and workmanship meet project requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Inspector in civil construction projects (preferably infrastructure/buildings in the UAE).
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards.
- Familiar with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: AED 5,000 – 8,000 (based on experience).
- Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
