We are hiring Site Inspector for a leading real estate development company abased in Dubai.
Role:
Responsible for overseeing home services—Villa painting, window cleaning, door varnishing, FCU servicing, plumbing, and pest control ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor home service activities across villas and apartments.
- Ensure services follow agreed schedules and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and service providers.
- Maintain reports, records, and provide updates to management.
- Ensure quality completion of both external services and internal services.
Requirements:
- Engineering Diploma or ITI Certificate with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance.
- Proficient in MS Office and process tracking software.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
