Job Title: Civil Chargehand – High-Rise Buildings
Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience Required: 4 to 6 years (in high-rise building projects within the UAE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Chargehand with a strong background in high-rise building construction to oversee and manage on-site activities in line with project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate must have 4–6 years of hands-on experience working on high-rise projects in the UAE and be familiar with local construction standards, authorities' requirements, and project execution workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all civil activities on site related to structural, concrete, blockwork, formwork, and finishing works.
- Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per the construction schedule.
- Ensure that work is executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, safety officers, and QA/QC teams.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks and enforce HSE standards on site.
- Verify the proper use and handling of materials and ensure minimum wastage.
- Maintain accurate daily site records, reports, and labor deployment logs.
- Assist in resolving technical issues or site challenges in collaboration with the project team.
- Ensure timely communication with site engineers and project managers regarding work progress or delays.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in high-rise building construction projects within the UAE.
- Proven experience in structural and finishing phases of towers exceeding 10+ floors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and local authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
