Cleaner Supervisor – Abu Dhabi (with Valid UAE Driving License)
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision & Daily Operations
- Lead and manage cleaning crews across residential and commercial sites.
- Ensure all staff are deployed on time and properly briefed on their assignments.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve issues on-site immediately.
- Crew Transport & Site Access (Driving Required)
- Drive the cleaning crew to assigned locations daily using the company vehicle.
- Transport cleaning materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Be available to respond to urgent on-site requirements during operational hours.
- Business Development Support
- Identify new cleaning opportunities in residential compounds, offices, and airlines.
- Represent Klensa in a professional manner when dealing with prospective clients.
- Administrative & Compliance Duties
- Monitor attendance and maintain team discipline.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role in the UAE.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license – this is mandatory for the position.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, attendance tools).
