Business Development Executive (Immediate)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This role requires proactive lead generation, effective communication, and strategic market insight to secure long-term partnerships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property managers, facility management firms, and corporate offices.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Market Research & Strategic Planning
- Conduct research to track industry trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and expand revenue streams.
- Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide insights to improve existing services and recommend new offerings.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through ongoing communication.
- Handle client concerns with timely and effective solutions.
- Manage renewals, upselling opportunities, and the full customer lifecycle.
- Foster long-term partnerships with key accounts.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with operations and service delivery teams to meet client expectations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client engagement.
- Participate in team meetings to align with broader business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the local market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial service sectors is an advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.
