Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relationship Manager with a proven background in tax consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring top-tier service delivery, and acting as a bridge between clients and our internal tax teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, ongoing communication.
- Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of tax and advisory services.
- Coordinate with internal tax consultants, auditors, and legal teams to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value through advisory services or tax solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE tax laws (including VAT and Corporate Tax) and communicate relevant changes to clients.
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare client reports, engagement updates, and assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Support business development efforts by nurturing existing client accounts and identifying referral opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in client relationship or account management within a tax consultancy or advisory firm.
- Strong understanding of UAE tax regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bilingual - Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM system experience is a plus.
