We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer & Laser Operator to handle CNC machining and laser cutting tasks with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cutting files and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining operations and sequences.
- Identify and resolve alignment issues (e.g., right-angle misalignment) to prevent defects and ensure product quality.
- Conduct quality control inspections after CNC machining, buffing, and coating processes to verify finished product standards.
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery, including routine upkeep, diesel refilling, troubleshooting, and ensuring 100% operational reliability.
- Monitor CNC machine usage, track performance, and prepare reports on efficiency and downtime.
- Coordinate procurement and timely arrangement of spare parts to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization around machinery and factory workspace for safety and efficiency.
- Manage flamingo reporting and facilitate communication between design, management, and factory teams.
- Understand and work with laser machines, G-code programming, and 3-axis machining as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as required based on production and company needs.
