- Program CNC router machines using CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD and ArtCAM).
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design files for production.
- Set up and operate CNC routers for cutting HPL sheets, MDF, acrylic, and other materials.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and define machine parameters based on material type and job requirements.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and precision.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Maintain machine logs, production records, and QC documentation.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Experience :
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CNC router programming and operation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or certification in CNC machining or a related field.
- Experience in interior fit-out, signage, or furniture manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in spoken English.
