Position: Collections Manager

The ideal candidate will manage collections, ensure timely payments, and maintain strong relationships with clients while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collections.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment schedules and overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with legal and sales teams for dispute resolution and payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on collection performance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in collections, preferably in real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
