We are seeking a Compliance Manager to develop and implement margin assurance frameworks, ensuring accurate financial tracking across real estate developments and commercial leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement a margin assurance framework for real estate developments and leasing.
- Develop and monitor a margin model with real-time analytics to track fluctuations.
- Gather and validate data from multiple sources (project margins, approved rate cards, ERP systems, and more).
- Conduct reviews of margin calculations and profitability analysis across business units.
- Identify anomalies affecting margins, recommend corrective actions, and optimize yields.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve revenue recognition and invoicing discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in financial modeling, margin analysis, and working with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
