Position: Compliance Officer
Location: Auto parts warehouse (Dubai South)
Work Format: Office/warehouse, full-time
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing incoming complaints and customer inquiries
- Handling business correspondence and responding to emails related to incidents, shortages, misplacements, and violations
- Conducting investigations: analyzing situations, reviewing CCTV footage, collecting evidence
- Preparing reports based on investigation results
- Maintaining internal records of incidents and actions taken
- Coordinating with other departments to clarify facts
Requirements:
- Confidence, moral resilience, and stress resistance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to notice inconsistencies
- Analytical thinking and ability to logically reconstruct events
- Responsibility and ability to work with confidentiality
- Computer literacy, experience with email, spreadsheets, databases, and ERP systems
- Previous experience in a compliance department will be a strong advantage
Additional Information:
- Work schedule: 6 days per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Company transportation provided from Gardens Metro Station

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
