Job Brief:
A Construction Technical Manager oversees the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficient execution. Their responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating teams, and problem-solving to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing technical documentation like project plans, blueprints, and engineering reports.
- Ensuring construction work meets industry standards and regulations.
- Managing drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and subcontractor agreements.
- Reviewing material requests, deployments, and subcontractor certificates.
- Leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams.
- Fostering collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Serving as a point of contact for technical issues.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conducting inspections and audits to maintain quality standards.
- Identifying and addressing technical challenges and implementing solutions.
- Evaluating project outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Reviewing and coordinating design submissions, construction documents, and technical reports.
- Complying with information security policies.
- Protecting access credentials and handling company information with confidentiality.
- Reporting security incidents and maintaining cybersecurity hygiene.
Job requirements:
- 15 years of experiences as technical manager in UAE.
- Bachelor degree in civil engineer.
- Experience in construction sector.
