Key Responsibilities
- Deep Cleaning:
- Clean walls, floors, windows, fixtures, and surfaces to remove dust, smudges, paint spots, and debris .
- Polish sinks and cabinets, descale tiles, and maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break areas, and other shared spaces.
- Dispose of waste properly, restock supplies, and maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good condition.
- Construction Site Support:
- Assist with unloading, transporting, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Clear debris, prepare the workspace, and support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians) with manual tasks like holding materials or mixing concrete.
- Operate basic hand or power tools under supervision, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE (e.g., gloves, hardhats, masks).
- Additional Duties:
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Assist in storage, organization, and minor cleanup tasks throughout the site.
