Within the Oracle Health International Consulting organization, now part of Oracle’s Customer Services for Industries (CS4I), Consulting Sales is responsible for bringing together the needs of sales and consulting throughout the entirety of the sales process and through the transition into delivery. The International Consulting Sales team works collaboratively across the globe to create consistency across processes and provide the right strategic approach for Oracle Health future implementations. - Working across multiple markets and regions to provide guidance on new solutions/offerings.
- Creating strategies to support customer advancement through optimization.
- Bringing vision to the future needs of consulting through understanding where customers are at today and where they will need to go next.
As a Consulting Sales Rep, you will play a key role in supporting consulting sales across international markets. You will be tasked with developing and managing a holistic approach to the customer consulting relationship, including sales, implementation strategy and integration with Oracle Health. You will have the opportunity to work in a global team supporting various regions as business need requires. This will range from large tender responses to new customers through to optimization conversations with existing customers leveraging solution knowledge, market knowledge with value-driven outcomes in mind.

Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5-8 years of relevant work experience, including at least:
- 2 years of consulting or relationship management work experience,
- 2 years sales, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other customer facing HCIT solution experience.
- Able to develop strong internal relationships.
- Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle Health for their resource needs.
- Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the customer utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle Health service offerings.
- Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction.
- Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
- Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
- Knowledge of Oracle Health Millennium.
- Fluent in English.

- Up to 25% of business travel.
