Job Summary: Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for food, digital trends, and building engaging brand narratives? We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with Company's business objectives and brand identity.
Content Creation & Curation: Lead the creation of diverse and engaging content, including but not limited to:
Visuals: High-quality food photography, captivating short-form videos (for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), animated graphics, and lifestyle shots.
Written: Engaging social media captions, blog posts (e.g., "The Art of Sushi," "Behind the Scenes," "Health Benefits"), website copy, email newsletters, and press releases.
Channel Management & Distribution:
Manage and optimize content distribution across all digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn (for corporate updates), our website, and email marketing campaigns.
Implement SEO best practices for all web content to improve organic search rankings.
Drive email list growth and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using relevant analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, email marketing platforms).
Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies, optimize future campaigns, and improve ROI.
Brand Voice & Consistency:
Ensure all content adheres to Company's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone, style, and visual identity.
Position Company as a thought leader and go-to destination for authentic Japanese cuisine in Dubai.
Collaboration & Relationship Building:
Work closely with the Head Chef to highlight new menu items, specials, and restaurant events.
Collaborate with external partners, influencers, food bloggers, and media outlets to amplify content reach.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, content formats, social media algorithm changes, and food industry developments in Dubai and globally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
