We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to manage and oversee service contracts for our Facilities Management (FM) and specialized cleaning divisions. The ideal candidate will ensure timely renewals, compliance, and effective documentation of all contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and maintain contracts and service agreements.
Track contract expiry dates and manage timely renewals.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal and company standards.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve contract-related queries.
Maintain organized records of AMCs, SLAs, and supporting documents.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in contract administration or coordination.
Knowledge of FM or cleaning services industry is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAFM or ERP systems is an advantage.
