Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Indian Cook to prepare daily vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian meals for staff in a villa setting. The candidate must have experience in bulk cooking, maintain hygiene standards, and must speak Hindi for easy communication with staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily Indian meals (veg & non-veg) as per menu and staff requirements.
- Maintain proper taste, quality, and hygiene in all dishes.
- Handle kitchen management, including cleaning and organizing cooking areas.
- Plan weekly menus and manage grocery requirements within the budget.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Cook (preferably in villas, catering, or staff accommodation).
- Ability to cook a variety of Indian dishes (veg & non-veg).
- Knowledge of Indian cuisines.
- Hindi-speaking is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
