Lead rigging teams including Foremen and Riggers
- Plan and execute heavy/critical lifting operations
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and site safety inspections
- Prepare and implement approved lifting plans
- Ensure pre/post-inspection of all lifting tools
- Coordinate with crane operators for lift communication
- Supervise crane assembly, lifting area, and team performance
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance
