The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administrative tasks. This role ensures the smooth operation of HR functions and contributes to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and physical files.
- Support employee relations efforts by scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.
- Assist in benefits administration including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, performance reports, and disciplinary documentation.
- Track and report HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Participate in organizing HR events such as training, wellness activities, and team-building sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 1+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in UAE labor law.
- Experience in payroll or benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).

Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
