Job Responsibilities
As a Career Counselor, you will play a key role in driving enrollments and guiding students toward their beauty career goals. Your duties include:
- Proactively calling and engaging potential leads interested in our beauty courses.
- Providing detailed information about course offerings, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Conducting consultations to understand student needs and recommending suitable programs.
- Closing enrollments with a consultative and persuasive approach.
- Maintaining CRM records and ensuring accurate follow-ups.
- Updating time sheets and tracking sales performance metrics.
Requirements
- ✅ 2+ years of proven experience in sales, education consulting, or a similar role.
- ✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English required; Tagalog or Arabic is a plus).
- ✅ Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- ✅ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- ✅ Passion for the beauty industry and helping students achieve their dreams.
