Academic Counselor- Immediate
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students in making informed academic decisions, support them throughout their educational journey, and provide expert advice on course selection, program enrollment, and career pathways. This role is essential in helping students achieve their academic and professional goals.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM software to engage with leads, present training courses, and demonstrate program benefits.
- Generate a minimum of 10-15 new contacts per day from incoming leads.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with customers via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to foster engagement.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with potential clients.
- Work towards closing as many leads as possible each month, adhering to management guidelines.
- Submit daily performance reports at the end of each business day and a monthly sales report to track progress.
- Carry out additional related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- A passion for telesales and lead generation.
