Position Overview
We are seeking a highly imaginative and strategic Creative Lead to head our creative vision across campaigns, branding, and content. The ideal candidate is a blend of storyteller, designer, and strategist who can inspire teams, oversee execution, and ensure creative excellence that aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Vision
Define and lead the creative direction across all platforms (digital, print, video, social, experiential, etc.).
Translate business objectives into compelling campaigns and brand stories.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Leadership & Team Management
Manage, mentor, and inspire designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creatives.
Foster a collaborative culture that balances creativity with commercial impact.
Oversee resource allocation and ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
Execution & Quality Control
Review and approve all creative materials before release.
Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and identity across all touchpoints.
Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement (if agency-side)
Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients/stakeholders with strong storytelling skills.
Incorporate feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (3 - 10 years) in a senior creative role, ideally within an agency, media, or brand marketing team.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, campaigns, and digital-first creativity.
Ability to conceptualize big ideas and guide teams through execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and understanding of production processes.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
