We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Credit Card Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers through various channels, including in-person, telephonic, and online. This is a target-driven role with excellent incentives for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and promote suitable credit card products based on their financial needs.
- Approach customers through field visits, events, corporate tie-ups, or inbound/outbound calls.
- Clearly explain credit card features, benefits, fees, terms, and conditions to customers.
- Assist customers in completing application forms and collecting necessary documentation.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely processing and activation of credit card accounts.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit card products, offers, and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure all customer interactions are professional, transparent, and compliant with bank and regulatory standards.
- Submit accurate daily sales reports to the supervisor or team leader.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial products or services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and persistence in approaching customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ethical standards and a customer-first attitude.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
