We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Credit Card Sales Executive to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers through various sales channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell credit card products to individuals through direct sales, field visits, and promotional events.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person interaction at sales points.
- Educate customers on credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and usage guidelines.
- Guide customers through the application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up on pending applications and address customer queries promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit card products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, finance, or retail sector (freshers may apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Self-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales tools or CRM systems.
