We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Credit Card Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers through direct sales, telemarketing, field visits, and promotional events. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, increasing customer acquisition, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell credit card products to individuals and businesses.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Approach potential customers through various channels including cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and events.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, terms, and conditions to customers clearly and accurately.
- Assist customers with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit card offerings, promotions, and changes in policy.
- Provide feedback to the sales manager on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address customer queries or concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial products or credit cards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
