Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective customers to promote credit card products.
- Sell credit card solutions tailored to individual client profiles and preferences.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive acquisitions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about banking products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and internal sales protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a strong ambition to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Ability to work both independently and within a high-performing team.
- Prior experience in banking or credit card sales is an advantage.
