Tasks and responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationship with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively via attending phone calls, emails and assisting walk in customers owner and tenants
Existing Tenant contract renewals coordination’s and registration of Ejari/ attested contract and owners transfer with the tenants and emails, phone calls and payment plan and finalize the contract. Documentation and filling scanned for renewal or new tenant for managed and non-manage units /SPA and transfer agreement.
Timely update of our internal databases with the customer information with regards to contact details and their relevant documents.
Customer complaint resolution and registration notifying client on maintained quotation and obtaining approvals. Assisting and coordinating with CS facility on any maintained issue related complaints received.
Registration pf sending cutoff date notification to Etihad , Emicool, Empower , DEWA, and DLD Downloading all utility bills in respective to utility provider.
Generating monthly report to be submitted to Supervisor review.
Dealing with brokers.
Qualification: Bachelor
Skills : Technical Knowledge , communication, problem solving , adaptability and tenacity.
Experience : Customer service agent and supervisor (Call center). Customer service agent
