Job Title: CRM Manager & Listing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and coordinate real estate listings efficiently. This hybrid role involves maintaining and optimizing CRM data, improving client communications, and ensuring all property listings are accurate and up-to-date to support our sales team’s success.
Key Responsibilities Manager Duties:
- Oversee daily management and maintenance of the CRM system Bitrix24,
- Ensure all client and prospect data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Segment and analyze CRM data to support targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and automate workflows, reminders, and follow-ups within the CRM.
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM usage and best practices.
- Generate regular reports on CRM performance metrics, sales pipeline, and client engagement.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase CRM efficiency and data integrity.
Listing Coordinator Duties:
- Manage and coordinate all real estate property listings across various platforms (MLS, company website, portals).
- Collect and verify property details, photos, pricing, and documentation from agents and owners.
- Upload and update listings promptly to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Communicate with agents, clients, and marketing teams to coordinate listing schedules, open houses, and promotions.
- Monitor listing performance and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations in listing documentation.
- Maintain organized records of listings, contracts, and related communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing CRM systems, preferably in real estate or sales environments.
- Familiarity with real estate listing processes and platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (experience with Bitrix24 is a plus).
