About Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CRM system, streamlining client communication, supporting sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer records and trading history in the CRM system.
- Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of customer data.
- Handle client follow-ups, quotations, and post-sale support via the CRM platform.
- Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Track inquiries, quotations, and customer feedback for reporting and improvement.
- Create and run targeted campaigns to support product promotions and announcements.
- Analyze CRM data to generate insights and reports on customer behavior and sales performance.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Train team members on CRM usage and ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably in a trading or B2B company.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.
- Trading company experience is an advantage

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
