Role Summary:
Tourism and ticketing and visa service , you will serve as the frontline liaison between clients and travel services. You’ll handle customer inquiries, assist with travel bookings, issue tickets, and resolve client concerns—ensuring smooth travel experiences from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet performance targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and business partnerships.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer retention.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present progress to management.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead conversion.
- Attend industry events and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a travel customer care role (preferably in travel, HR, or service industries).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai market and customer behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any Degree, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales with leadership qualities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
