We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at a Tadbeer Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, handling client inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Tadbeer domestic worker services to walk-in and online customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high-quality customer service
- Meet sales targets and provide regular updates to the management
- Coordinate with operations and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Stay updated on Tadbeer guidelines and government regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Tadbeer or related industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic and/or other languages are a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Knowledge of Tadbeer procedures is an advantage
- UAE experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
