We are looking for a female Customer Service Executive to join our close-knit team at a leading Travel Agency in Abu Dhabi.
We are offering a permanent, full-time position.
Training will be provided.
Base Requirements:
- University graduate
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Experience
- Fluent in Tagalog.
Responsibilities:
- Handling different types of customers
- Answering the office phone
- Raising sales invoices
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and messages
- Airline ticket reservation
- Tourist visa maintenance
- Maintaining a daily sales report
Experience is preferred.
A monthly target will be provided and should be met to receive higher wage.
