We're looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you're passionate about helping people, love solving problems, and can communicate clearly and confidently, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with product inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Guide customers on choosing the right water filter for their needs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with order tracking, replacements, and general support
- Troubleshoot basic product issues with clarity and care
- Log interactions and escalate issues when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferably previous experience in Water Filtration but not essential
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Confidence using computers and CRM systems
- Ability to learn technical product information quickly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
