Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as per company policy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Stay informed about products, services, and company updates
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience in a customer service role (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software is an advantage
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Immediate availability preferred
