- Skilled in Social Media (facebook, instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages, Emails, Social media messages and directs. Follow up leads on social media and other data base. Providing course details, outlines and fees for clients.
- Skilled in scheduling classes and add data to excel sheets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Make phone calls, send text message on WhatsApp to follow up leads
- Welcome students and clients on their arrival and guide them to the class
